Many of us get complimented for out talents but often minimize our achievements. In a resume, your best talents are what you need to put in your resume to make it shine. So ask yourself what you have been complimented on - this is often the areas we have a keen interest or passion for - and innately tend to do without prompting by employers. This question can make some people feel uncomfortable describing in a resume because what they were commended for wasn't documented somewhere. My resume question and answer approach is this something you did, something you can do again, and is what you are saying truthful? I've asked many clients this question when writing a resume and seen them blush! A resume is the place to brag as long as what you say is true. So, put it down when initially writing your resume and get comfortable with it. The more you build your confidence the better you will do in interviews!!
