So what are your technical skills? When I ask resume questions of my clients it's most often use of software - such as MS Office Suite, Access, PowerPoint ... for IT people it's application development or network administration ... for an executive it could be performance analysis and implementation of work resource management systems ... for a project manager it might be use of project management and tracking systems. To answer this resume question - if you need help - then gather together 5-10 job ads for the jobs you want. Underline all technical skills in the ads you have - and you have probably answered this question to write your resume. You can see a reference and question here about WANG systems. This example is from my first resume writing book - but is the same type of questions I ask today that have resulted in the pay raises like those in the right column.
