LANDED A $20,000 PAY INCREASE

Take a look at the OLD resume below for a Sales Representative.  What do you notice first, second and third - does this person sound like a Sales Representative or Personnel/HR Representative?  This person was working as a Sales Representative but had only been able to land sales positions in the $20,000 range with the OLD resume.
